Cancellation Policy
We hope you are excited while you are waiting to receive your products, however, if for some reason you have a change of plan and wish to cancel your order, we offer to refund the full amount if cancellation is initiated within 24hours of placing the order with the following terms and conditions.
All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for processing as soon as they are placed.
During this process we incur irreversible fees, therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point.
We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:
If the cancellation request is received WITHIN 24 hours of placing the order online, then a cancellation fee of 5% of value will be applicable on the refund amount.
If the cancellation request is received AFTER 24 hours and within 96 hours of the placing the order online, then a cancellation fee of 25% of value will be applicable on the refund amount.
If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 50% cancellation fee before credit is issued.
If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policy. The cancellation will have to be treated as a return with all applicable fees.
Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above – including restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees.
All cancellation requests must be made by email, you can write to our customer support team at [email protected] with a subject line “Order cancellation request – <Invoice/Order number > ” and reason for the cancellation in the body of the e-mail.
We will verify the cancellation order and refund the amount minus the cancellation fee within 28 days to the same account/card that was used while making the payment for bookings

Customers who placed the order at our retail points, via phone/ whatsapp or other platforms will not be eligible for cancellation requests as mentioned in this section.
