Electric Vehicles (Cycles, Scooters & Moped)

Due to the nature, size and volume of the product, we currently do not accept any return or refund requests for Electric Cycles, Electric Scooters or Electric Mopeds.

Electric Battery Packs

​You have 1 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

​Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund deducting the return fee, cancellation fee and other fees as applicable to the order to your  original method of payment.

You will receive the credit within 28 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

​You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Electric Motor Kits and Components, Accessories, Parts

​Due to the DIY nature of our conversion kits, high voltage electric supply and electric hazard if not handled properly, your purchase of electric motor kits, components and accessories is fully at your own risk and Virtus Motors Private limited and its affiliates cannot and will not be held liable for any damage to property or life due to negligence on the customers part.

Hence, we do not accept any return or refund for any of the motor kits and accessories.

​No return or refund will be entertained for electric motor kits, components, accessories, parts etc. under any circumstances or reasons.

No return or refund will be entertained for electric motor conversion kits, motor controllers, throttle, pedal assist, DC-DC converters, or any accessories that we retail online or offline. directly or through our affiliates or authorised service providers.

Damage, Defective item, or wrong product delivered

Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. However, in case of an event where the product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request for a replacement.

You are requested to intimate us within 24hours of receiving the product at [email protected] while providing the order details and photographs of the wrong/damaged/defective product.

You are requested to immediately arrange for a return shipment of the damaged / defective product or item and we will initiate the replacement of either the whole or defective part(s)  within 15 working days post successful acknowledgment and receiving the damaged/ defective item.

The company will pay for the return shipment fees.
